NL-Howley401

Howley is a small town of 250 situated on the boundry separating Grand Lake and Sandy Lake with access to Birchy Lake totalling 125 KM's water. There are many woods roads by which you can go into the back country and observe Moose, Caribou, Bear etc in their natural habitat. The Trans Canada trail passes through Howley and is the last stop before crossing over the High plains and gaff topsails. It is a favorite stop for hunters, back packers, adventurers, ATV and Snow mobile enthusiasts.
